Website Relaunched
We are very pleased to announce that we have launched our newly developed website and the refined online Sightrisk AMD Calculator.
New features from this updated website include its improved structural design and navigational capacity. The graphical presentation and list of modifiable risk factors have been optimised in order to facilitate patient-eyecare professional discussion.
In addition, and in line with ongoing research within the field of AMD, the risk factors of the Sightrisk AMD Calculator have been refined and now include questions on the presence of genes related to increased risk of AMD; and diabetes, in the patient.
Working with our technology partners, Emagine Media, we have moved Sightrisk into a new era of state-of-the-art, scientifically-based online risk identification. The new design and bright colours incorporate Sightrisk's message of hope for a reduction in risk of age-related eye disease.
